Oliva Costruzioni & Servizi is a construction company founded in the early 2000s by Engineer Giacomo Oliva, Sole Director and Technical Director. The corporate values that distinguish us are well-defined: passion, reliability, safety, professionalism, but above all a particular dedication to Human Resources; we still employ a work team of about 30 people, including employees and workers, with many years of experience in construction and metalworking gained within leading national companies. The company is structured into different corporate functions: Administration and Finance, Logistics, Human Resources Office, Purchasing Office, Tenders Office, Technical and Design Office. Collaboration is the watchword on which we focus every day to face new challenges.

We are structured on the national territory with two operational offices, located respectively in Naples and Milan, with several branches throughout Italy; the choice to be present in the different regions of the national territory is dictated by the desire to carefully follow, with a direct company team of experts and professionals, each work. We propose ourselves to a private clientele of high standing as the main operational partner for the resolution of all the problems relating to the works to be carried out: from obtaining the necessary building practices to the maintenance of the manufactured product. The complete management of the construction process, even with direct workers, allows, minimizing the risk of multiple subcontractors, the achievement of the following objectives:
• problem solving managed in real time;
• minimization of unforeseen events;
• respect for deadlines and cost containment

We are also specialized in the field of technical services, such as those relating to preliminary surveys of the land for greenfield development operations, and to assist customers in obtaining, in the most convenient way, the Green Bream, Leed and/or Well certifications. also in terms of energy efficiency ISO 50001.

Oliva Costruzioni e Servizi Srl is looking for a construction surveyor with proven experience of at least 10 years in the management of construction site activities.

Full availability for travel and transfers throughout the national territory is required.

The candidate will be employed by the Technical Management interfacing with all internal figures involved in the project of the order

Technical skills required:

Technical scientific diploma and/or technical degree;
Excellent knowledge of electrical technical drawing
Excellent knowledge of CAD, Primus and Office Professional software
Good knowledge of the English language
