Oliva Costruzioni & Servizi Srl has developed a deep knowledge on the maintenance of buildings, including those listed by the Heritage.
The company has invested in machinery and equipment of the latest generation, such as self raising systems and low pressure (Ibix) hydro-blasting, to be able to intervene more effectively on the external elevations of buildings: a clear example of such interventions were the works carried out on the Poste buildings in Taranto and Vercelli (Italian Post Office) and in Bari (Cordea Savills SGR).
In recent years we have carried out major real estate redevelopments with a high standard of energy efficiency and eco-sustainability:
- adaptation and / or seismic improvement of a building;
- improvement of the energy class;
- adaptation of the building to the new ICC;
- Insulation of large building areas with conventional technologies and / or with the “polyolefin” system.
